BILLING - All invoices are normally sent on the 1st of the month and due and payable upon receipt. Major credit cards are accepted by logging onto the website www.kathysmallwoodquarterhorses.com and accessing the Pay Pal section on the home page. A 2% surcharge will be added to all accounts thirty days past due and all services will be restricted until brought current. Show fees paid in advance by KSQH or immediately following the event may be required to be paid by credit card upon request.
DISCOUNT PAYMENT OPTIONS - All training, board and mileage charges are eligible for a 2% discount if the entire invoice is paid in full within 10 days of the actual billing date (regardless of payment method or postmark.) The eligible discount will be calculated for the client's convenience on each invoice.
OTHER SERVICES - Farrier, veterinary, acupuncture and physical therapy services will be billed at cost unless the service provider bills the client directly. Other services and items such as medications, supplements, mane-tamers, advertising and so on will also be billed at cost with no additional administration charges.
BUSINESS HOURS - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. After hours are by appointment only.
